We are a growing organisation with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and therapeutic care. Since our establishment in 2025, we have expanded our provision and continue to develop small, high-quality homes across Kent, Medway, London, East Sussex, West Sussex, and surrounding areas.

We provide comprehensive training to all staff to ensure they are fully equipped to work within a specialist residential care environment. This includes safeguarding, trauma-informed care, behaviour support, and understanding complex emotional needs.
Ongoing development is a key part of our culture. We support our staff through regular supervision, reflective practice, and continued learning opportunities. We want every team member to feel confident, capable, and supported in their role.
Our in-house Clinical Psychologist also plays a key role in supporting staff understanding and practice, helping teams respond effectively to children’s emotional and psychological needs.
We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, resilient, and committed to supporting children with complex needs. Previous experience in residential care, education, youth work, or similar settings can be beneficial, but it is not always essential.
