We believe that smaller homes create better outcomes for children with complex needs. Each of our homes accommodates a maximum of three children, allowing us to provide highly individualised care in a calm and structured environment.

To support this, we work closely with a Clinical Psychologist who helps guide care planning, staff understanding, and reflective practice. This ensures that every home operates with a deep awareness of emotional needs and trauma-informed principles.
